 Apple's recent iOS 15.4 update prevents the PTS Dialer app from placing both WPS and WPS+GETS calls. WPS and WPS+GETS calls will work normally if subscribers dial manually without use of the app. GETS calls will work normally with or without the app.
Please immediately notify your iPhone users about this issue. We are actively working with Apple to address the issue and restore full functionality to the PTS Dialer. While the focus this week is specifically on getting ready for storm season, in this area we need to be prepared for our weather to do just about anything at any time. Because, you know… Kansas. Where it’s 80 degrees one day and spewing sleet on you the next.
