CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY: Partial refunds are given for full conference registrations only. To be eligible for a partial refund, all cancellations must be made in writing (mail or email) on or before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31st 2024. Please email Kerry McCue at: [email protected] or mail your request for refund to Mr. Kerry McCue, 1010 West 39th Street, Hays, Kansas 67601. Upon receipt of written notice, a refund will be processed and mailed to registrants less a $25 registration processing fee. After Wednesday, October 31st 2024, no refund requests will be honored.
