SWKS Healthcare coalition
New Member registration
The Southwest Kansas Healthcare Coalition provides a venue whereby disaster and health emergency preparedness stakeholders from the public, private, and not-for-profit sector can share resources and information in preparedness, response, and recovery-and to do so without compromising proprietary strategies and information of individual healthcare facilities and organizations who may be competitors in the private healthcare market.
Coalition Membership Eligibility: If your organization lies within the boundaries of the South West Kansas Healthcare Coalition Region (Clark, Finney, Ford, Grant, Gray, Greeley, Hamilton, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kearny, Lane, Meade, Morton, Scott, Seward, Stanton, Stevens, or Wichita), and you are interested in becoming a member of the SWKSHCC, fill out and submit the new member application form below. Your coalition membership form will be submitted to the Coalition Coordinator for approval.
Types of Website Access: There are two types of Coalition membership website access: 1) Active-Access, and 2) Non-Active Access. Active access is granted to coalition members who attend coalition meetings on a regular basis according to the workplan. Active members may be granted access to all areas of the Coalition website. Non-Active members do not attend meetings and are non-compliant with the Coalition workplan. Non-Active members may be granted access to coalition meeting documents and drills involving the website. For more information, contact a member of the Coalition Leadership.
