The North Central Kansas Healthcare Coalition consists of twelve contiguous counties in North Central Kansas: Clay, Cloud, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Jewell, Lincoln, Mitchell, Osborne, Ottawa, Republic, Saline, and Smith. Coalition leaders are elected and serve for a defined period of time as outlined in the Coalition Charter.
