Lincoln County is located in the heart of North Central Kansas, and is officially, designated as the "Post Rock Capital" of the state.

​The Lincoln County Courthouse was listed on the National Historical Registry in 1976 for its significance in local politics and government and its architecture.

Lincoln county representatives to the North Central kansas healthcare coalition

If you need something done, look no further than the folks in the busy County of Lincoln. While they were one of the last counties in Kansas to encounter COVID last year, they certainly have not stopped helping their own constituents as well as other regional members. 
  • Kati Gardner, RN has served on the Executive Committee for several years as a Member at Large. The Executive Committee always appreciates her forthright opinions spoken on behalf of members. Kati works full time at Lincoln County Hospital.
  • Ladonna Reinert, RN, Medical Director and Health Department Administrator has served Lincoln County faithfully for many years. For a while, she even was tasked with the job of Emergency Manager for Lincoln County! Ladonna is super committed to her county and yet, seeks to work with others on a regular basis. Thanks Ladonna!
  • Baldwin Fisher is the new Emergency Manager for Lincoln County. While he is new to the Healthcare Coalition, he has made himself known to Lincoln County and is helping with the COVID response. Thanks Baldwin and welcome to NCK!
