The Healthcare Coalition Partners of Kansas, LLC was awarded a COVID-19 Grant under the auspices of KDHE, to assist in providing resources and equipment for COVID-19 response in the State of Kansas. Of this grant, $224,000 will help supply needed resources that cannot be obtained through normal purchasing routes, neighboring healthcare partners, or local healthcare coalition caches, prior to requesting assistance from the State of Kansas Strategic National Stockpile. The grant will conclude June 30, 2021.

how to order - Please read before placing an order

Criteria to Access the State Cache:

1. You must first notify your region's Readiness and Response Coordinator (RRC) with any PPE needs before ordering from the State Cache. All orders will be verified by your RRC to confirm eligibility. Only order what you need. Your RRC will determine if your order is reasonable and customary and reserves the right to modify, or cancel any order.
2. Your agency must be a Member in Good Standing with your Regional Healthcare Coalition. Please see your individual Healthcare Coalition Governance documents for an explanation of requirements to be a Member in Good Standing.
3. Your agency must have exhausted or nearly exhausted PPE supplies and are unable to obtain more from normal purchasing routes, local partners, or Regional Healthcare Coalition Cache.
4. Pre-identified primary and secondary individuals within your Agency are authorized to order from the State Cache. Let your RRC know who those individuals are and the Webmaster can provide appropriate permissions to access the State Cache.

Ordering Process:

1. View the State Cache Catalog. Hover over an item to reveal the item description and price.
2. Click on an item to reveal the price, size, and quantity fields. Please look closely at the number of items per box.
3. Add items to shopping cart and checkout.

Note: You must use a valid credit card when ordering items from the State Cache. You will not be charged for items purchased.

Important: During checkout, there is a note to seller box, and you must type in the following:

1. The Name of your Coalition (e.g., KSMetro, NC, NE, NW, SC, SE, SW)
2. The Name of your Agency.
3. Any special delivery instructions. Note: Items are only delivered to locations within the State of Kansas. If you select an out of State address when ordering, your order will not be processed by the system.

Once you place your order, you will receive both an email and a text message to confirm your order. You will be contacted by your Readiness and Response Coordinator who will arrange for pick-up or delivery of your order from our Wichita area warehouse. Please allow 5-7 business days for your to be fulfilled. Note: You can opt out of text messaging upon receipt of the first text message with a link.
